ENGNE has produced many prestigious events since 2016 :

Other events were hosted by the Outaouais-Ottawa Valley cross-country skiing community from 2013 to 2019. The informal organization, which nevertheless had terms of reference to regularize relations between the clubs that participated in the organization over the years was the precursor to the founding ENGNE. It is therefore fashionable to highlight and record in history the contribution of the group set up to organize the Eastern Canadian Championships to the development of cross-country skiing competition in the region before :
